Hi there! I’m Tia, the writer, creator & CEO of The Chapo House. Otherwise known as The Chaos Coordinator. I’m a work from home mom who owns her own business, current PTO president at our children’s school & Sunday school teacher at our local church. What you should also know is that Joy (from Disney’s Inside Out) & Poppy (From Dreamworks Trolls) are seriously my spirit animals. They embody my personality almost to a T, but I also love Jesus & I cuss a little. I’m silly, sarcastic & fun. I like to enjoy cocktails with my girlfriends & love a good microbrew. I’m a huge fan of musicals & love museums. One thing I don’t like, doing the dishes.This blog was born out of my desire to share our thoughts & stories with the world (even if Josh thinks I’m a little bit crazy for wanting to do so) because I love to write & because I know that the things we share will resonate with people, even if it’s just one person. This guy over here, that’s Josh, otherwise known as my husband & right hand man. He’s a full time Firefighter, soon to be paramedic student, bo-bo fixer, handyman & mover of big things. He loves listening to audio books, kayaking, microbrews & going on adventures.He’s a sarcastic, silly & sometimes a bit too serious. But that’s cool because it balances us out. While he might not ever write for the blog (writing is my jam, but not his), you will no doubt see him in our online community, read about him in our stories & see him in photos. He’s here, but he’s crazy busy!
Livy
Say hello to our first born! Livy is a sweet, funny, imaginative young woman who loves art, reading, kayaking, watching crazy YouTube videos & soccer. She loves with all of her heart, treats her friends like family & has a true zest for life like I have never seen before. She’s sometimes a bit dramatic & hates cleaning her room but loves to make a mess!If Livy had her way, she & B would have their own YouTube channel so she & B could share their wit & wisdom with the world (Maybe someday sister!), for now she’s cool with sharing both here in the blog & in the online community, she will be helping to share cool kid stuff & may even write from time to time.

You’ll hear about B on the blog, in the online community & see crazy photos of this kid. He’ll also be helping to share some humor as well as some cool kids stuff while he waits for mom & dad to agree to allow the Chapo kids to launch the YouTube Channel.
